Echoing his race win two weeks ago at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course, Michael Carter (No. 08 Carter Racing Enterprises) vowed after a disappointing Race One, that Saturday’s Race Two would be different. And just like the previous Global Mazda MX-5 Cup presented by BFGoodrich® Tires event, he went on to win.

Robert Noaker (No. 13 Robert Noaker Racing/Slipstream Performance) continued his winning ways at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course with a Global Mazda MX-5 Cup presented by BFGoodrich® Tires Round Seven victory on Friday. He held off a late charge from Michael Carter (No. 08 Carter Racing Enterprises) to take his third win of the 2020 season and his third Global Mazda MX-5 Cup win at Mid-Ohio.

Robert Noaker (No. 13 Robert Noaker Racing/Slipstream Performance) earned his third Global Mazda MX-5 Cup presented by BFGoodrich® Tires pole position of the 2020 season at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course on Friday. He will share the front row with his nearest Championship rival Michael Carter (No. 08 Carter Racing Enterprises).

Two weeks ago, Gresham Wagner (No. 5 Spark Performance) won his first race in the Global Mazda MX-5 Cup presented by BFGoodrich Tires® at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course. Thursday, he began his quest for win number two by turning the quickest lap in practice.
